My sister and I have decided to start training for a marathon. I know it's a big goal but it is something we have always wanted to do. There's no point to just keep saying you want to do something and never do it. Life should be lived to the fullest.

Today, Monday started our 26 week training schedule. 20 mins at 4.2 on the treadmill. I was staying the weekend with my sister and we used her gym which only has one treadmill so I used the elliptical. I still got my heart rate up and even sweated a little. It was a good first workout for this out of shape cowgirl!

I'm blogging about my fitness and goals so I will stay on track and not give up.
